We view social media or ‘owned media’ as another communications channel to tell our clients’ story. It’s a core part of the PR, communications and marketing engine room. While we manage the content development and scheduling for some of our clients, there are clear areas where we drive activity and other areas where it works best for our clients to have control. Either way, we help our clients leverage social media and engagement as part of their communications process. We apply creativity to make sure our posts are engaging and memorable and ensure our message is consistent and true to our client and brand.
